LumiHaus Returns & Refund Policy

At LumiHaus, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review our return policy below.

Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused

  • Be uninstalled

  • Be in their original packaging

  • Be in resalable condition

  • Include all original parts, accessories and documentation

Items returned outside of the 14-day return period may not be eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping Fee

A flat return shipping fee of £10.00 will be deducted from eligible refunds.

No additional restocking fees are charged.

Final Sale Items

Products marked as "Final Sale" on the product page are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

support@lumihaus.org

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs showing the problem

Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrectly supplied, LumiHaus will provide a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless faulty:

  • Final Sale products

  • Custom-made or personalised products

  • Products that have been installed

  • Products showing signs of use, damage, modification, or misuse

  • Products returned without original packaging

Refund Process

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your payment provider to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or where the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
